Delete Your Cozy Timer Data

Cozy Timer, also published as Cozy Pomodoro Garden, is provided by Free Templates Paula. The app does not require a name, email address, password, or other user-facing account.

Request data deletion

To request deletion of server-side data associated with your use of Cozy Timer, send an email with the subject Cozy Timer data deletion request.

Include any details available to help us locate the data:

• private or public room code;
• approximate date and time of the session;
• selected character; and
• whether you created or joined the room.

Do not send passwords, payment information, government identification, or other sensitive personal information.

Data that will be deleted

When we can identify the relevant records, we will delete associated multiplayer room participation, status, reaction, and session records that are still retained. We will also delete associated anonymous authentication data when it can be identified.

Data stored on your device

Local timer settings, focus statistics, and the randomly generated installation identifier can be deleted immediately by clearing Cozy Timer's app data in Android settings or by uninstalling the app.

Retention

Multiplayer room records are short-lived and may already have expired by the time a request is received. Limited technical or security records may be retained where necessary for fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance.
